At IFL Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new timepiece or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the item is in its original, unworn condition with all protective films, tags, and luxury packaging included.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our watchmakers verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
